• Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product type.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice. Orders are charged at the price confirmed in your quote.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• You retain ownership of any artwork, logos, or designs you provide to us.
• By submitting artwork, you grant us a license to reproduce it on your ordered products.
• You warrant that you have the right to use all artwork and it doesn't infringe on third-party rights.
• Our website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

• Maven Promo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Products are provided 'as is' without warranties beyond those required by law.

• Payment is due before production begins unless credit terms have been established.
• We accept credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, and approved payment methods.
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
• Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation.

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of the state where Maven Promo is registered.
• You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
• If litigation is necessary, it will be conducted in the courts of our jurisdiction.
• Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the court.
• Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of your order.

• Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order
• Refunds for cancelled orders will exclude any work completed and setup fees
• Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Maven Promo is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Inspect packages immediately and report damage within 48 hours
• Additional charges apply for expedited shipping
